We have endeavoured to make the operation of this site as simple as possible to navigate.

Home page - from here select the type of product you wish to view. For example Sexy Dresses

Product page - you will see a series of images showing our range of products available in that product category.

If you see an item you like then click on its image or link. This will take you to a page showing more information.

If you wish to make a purchase click on the Add to Cart button. This will add your selection to the Order Form, Your order form shows all the products you have selected. Here you will have the choice to proceed with your purchase or to make another selection. Click on the Checkout button you will be taken to the the page where you enter your contact details/delivery address. Click on next to select your mode of delivery, click on next, you select your mode of payment.

If you have checked your order and wish to proceed, click on the Process Order button, you will be directed to our secure PayPal payment service where you can complete your transaction. Once the transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation delivered to your email address to state payment has been approved and your goods will be shortly on their way.

Once completed you will have the opportunity to return to the site to view and order additional products from our comprehensive range.

We accept most credit and debit cards using PayPal as our secure server payment collection service provider. This is designed to offer you peace of mind knowing that your credit card details will transmitted safely and securely.

Our right to cancel an order

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. You have 7 days in which to cancel an order.

The identification of a pricing or product description error.

The order payment appears to be fraudulent.

Our charges for shipping by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery are £3.00, FOC if your order is above £75.00

Delivery:

Most items are in stock and can therefore be despatched within 24/48 hours. If an item is not in stock we will advise you accordingly. Please allow up to 14 days for these items.

Please contact us and let us know when you require delivery. We will advise how soon we can get it to you. Contact us now.

We offer a 28 day no quibble guarantee policy, if the goods are damaged; or items do not fit and you wish to exchange them or request a refund we will be happy to do so.

To reduce having to return an item because it is the wrong size, we firmly advise you to check out our size chart before determining the size required

Health regulations prevent us from exchanging lingerie, as well as worn merchandise for the safety of our customers. Lingerie items include panties, thongs, g-strings. stockings, tights, bras, bra sets, body stockings, men’s underwear & bodycare products. Items must not be soiled, washed, damaged or altered by you. This does not affect your statutory rights

If items returned have obviously been used or abused we reserve the right to adjust the amount to be refunded accordingly. We may also only give a partial refund, or return the garments back to you.

1. Contact us by email sales@fashionfantasies.co.uk telephone +44 (0) 1483 451751 to detail the reasons for returning your item(s), quoting your order number. We will let you know if it's returnable (at your cost).

3. You must include the original despatch note and include the reason for returning your goods, ie. damaged, faulty, or the wrong size.

4. Please state which option you require - a refund, or a replacement to be sent out to you. We cannot provide you with a refund unless you include the original despatch note.

5. Please send the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY (or registered if the value of the goods are over £28) to:

6. Refunds will only be made against the same credit/debit card used to make the purchase

Please keep all packaging if you find damaged items, we may require the packaging for compensation claims with our carrier.

We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RUBBER ITEMS: Some of the rubber items in the catalogue are made with a thin latex design and could be easily torn if handled roughly. Please take care when handling these items.

Generally returns are processed within 1-2 weeks after being received. If for some reason we cannot send a new item we will offer you a refund or alternative item (of the same/similar value). We will advise you by e-mail of an expected date for the delivery of replacement goods.

Fashion Fantasies cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by postal delays, incorrect information, declined credit/debit cards or any other reason not under our control.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This takes effect on the date on which you first use the site.

Under The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at any time. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of seven working days beginning on the day after the day on which we receive the order. Please email or phone us ideally with the order reference number supplied to you by email. Refunds will be made within 30 days of your request. Goods should firstly be sent back to Fashion Fantasies at the customer's expense.
